You should schedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance with your deposit of half of the amount of your glam session. I also accept same-day appointments that are made at least two hours in advance. Those appointments are based upon availability. Cancellation: Should be at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Otherwise a partial refund of 50% of your deposit or amount paid will be refunded.

1- 5 business days by mail, local deliveries may be made in person.

Products are avilable for exchange or replacement if arrived broken.
